Abstract
Schiff base dioxomolybdenum(VI) complex was found to be an effective catalyst for the condensation reaction of benzoins and 1,2-diamines to afford quinoxalines in one-pot reaction. The route provides several advantages such as simple process, mild conditions, low catalyst loadings and environmental friendliness.
