This work is the outcome from a research conducted at the Servei de Recursos Educatius, Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV-SRE). We based our study in the university teacher training to promote adaptation to the European Higher Education Area.
The reorientation of the work of the SRE through the Strategic Plan for Teaching raised the demand for creation of a Methodology Unit, from which they are designed projects and strategies for the University in the adaptation process.
Our focuses of interest are the training activities carried out under four projects. The documentary analysis, the observation of the training activities and the interviews with the personal, allowed us to make an important compilation of data and verify that the SRE has generated in the process of supporting the implementation of the Grades, certain skills and knowledges need to be placed on value.
