Abordar las migraciones: bases teóricas para políticas públicas creativas

The migrations are not a problem. They are an unquestionable historical reality. In addition, the migrations are creating the bases of a new right. We are talking about to the right to breakout from cultural, economical and social oppressive conditions of life, ant the right to entry in the countries where the wealth and the wellbeing are concentred. Its goal is to implement a “globalization from bellow” to make possible publics policies of interculturality based on a critical and materialistic conception of human dignity.
