Nou epitafi hebreu reutilitzat en la muralla de Tortosa

Prompted by the chance discovery of a new fragment of an inscription
reused in Tortosas 14th-century city walls, this article updates the inventory of the
citys Hebraic epigraphs. It thus modestly contributes to furthering our knowledge
of such funerary texts, both where their philological and archaeological aspects are
concerned and in terms of the circumstances of their subsequent reuse, which follows
patterns with which we are increasingly familiar thanks to the now more frequent
discovery of new specimens.
