Corrupción y sistema : derecho y control social en Brasil

We hypothesized that low will the policy proposals and monitoring of political parties in any country, if these polices only focus and fight corruption is its visible aspects in criminal law and in the form of repressive measures. This is a response to systemic-structural and subjective level issues: What structural and symbolic elements also play in today’s society the conditions for the existence of corruption? What is the individual responsibility? It aims to achieve social control and self-reflexive subjective level of commitment and integrity.
