Return Migration and Crisis in Spain

We have studied in this paper the recent evolution of the immigrant’s reverse flows from Spain to countries of origin, as consequence of the high rates of unemployment in this country. Demographic Information of the INE, specially The Statistics of Residential Variation has been used for this study. Also immigrants next to return or families of immigrants that have already return have been interviewed. The interviews revealed the importance of the familiar problems as reason to return to the native land. Although few economic expectations in Spain also are the reason of the increase of migratory return.
