Considering the need of information to proceed accurate analytical relation on environmental, economic, social and epidemiologic aspects of Malaria prevalence disease, in Bragança and Augusto Correa cities, located in Pará state, Brazil, between 2001 and 2006, it was developed an analytical disease integrator model on some free data geotechnologies. This model adds geoindex process to certified field and laboratorial thematic information. Free technology on Geoprocessing and data base was helpful on visualization and statistical data analysis, throughout geocartographic bases. It was also developed a Fuzzy model analysis on Malaria transmission process prediction. Model improvement had satisfactory goals according its objectives on enhance geographic medicine by helping partial understand on an international infect-contagious-disease prevalence.
