I here draw attention to, and discuss, scale pans with Latin inscriptions from the Iberian Peninsula. They were probably used in a commercial, or possibly military, sphere. Except the scale pan from Casa de los Delfines (Celsa), the rest have not archaeological context, though I know where they were found. These objects are very rare, and we hope that by publishing them, further specimens from excavations or museums will come to light. In addition, one of the scale pans from Hispania is completely unpublished, as it presents a new inscription.
