Al Qaida y el islamismo : dos fenómenos distintos

Despite the general media discourse, the identification of the Al Qaida phenomenon with the islamist one, and of the islamist phenomenon with terrorism, is not totally right. The aim of the present paper is to contribute to the denial of the prejudice that Islam is the only reason for Al Qaida’s violence, and to criticize the use media often do of the term Islamism.
