In the last decades we are experiencing deep changes in the relation between the human beings and the technology, specifically, in the field of the sport. Three of these biotechnological advances are producing (or will produce) an impact in sport ethics: gene doping, ciborgs and the hybrids and chimaeras.These technological developments are introducing some relevant challenges to the health, equality and understanding of the human nature. Sport authorities will be required to provide an answer, which most probably will deeply change the foundations of current sport.
