Archaeologically there are few testimonies of deaths during pregnancy. In the maqbara of Petrer a case of maternal fetal death has been identified, being
complex the determination of the possible causes of death. Among them could be complications at the end of gestation, proposing in this case a dystocic
delivery due to fetal macrosomia in an adolescent.
