Vall de Laguar. Settlements, irrigation and cultivation terraces on the mountains of Sarq al-Andalus: a local study.

We present the results of the survey carried out at La Vall de Laguar in order to describe the system of settlements created by the Muslim communities
which inhabited this valley during the Middle Ages, until 1609. Our study is devoted mainly to the identification of the systems of irrigated terraces, combined
with the accurate tracking down of the scattering of ceramic material on the surface.
