La corrosión del ethos corporativo: reflexiones sobre las condiciones de posibilidad de la ética empresarial

R. Sennett in bis book The Corrosion of Character. The Personal Consequences of Work in the New capitalism exposed the dificulty of keeping á personal character in a “flexible” business context. That’s why he spoke about “the corrosion of character” as one of the consequences of work within new capitalism. Here we intend to see the real possibility of a corporative ethos in these flexible business contexts that define today’s business world in order to find out if we are also exposed to its corrosion. In the first pan we will analize what is corporative ethos to, in the second part, to analize which are its conditions of possibility and warn about the corrosion they can be undergoing.
