Aprenentatge servei com a pràctica d'orientació professional. Reflexions dels tutors del projecte "Una ajuda per a l'èxit": una anàlisi temàtica

Aquest estudi examina el paper dels tutors en el projecte d'aprenentatge servei "Un ajut per a l'èxit", implementat per la Universitat de Torí. El projecte emparella estudiants universitaris del programa de Ciències de l'Educació amb estudiants de secundària en situación de vulnerabilitat per oferir-los suport en els deures escolars. A través de sessions de supervisió i tasques reflexives, aquesta investigació explora els reptes que els tutors van afrontar, les estratègies que van emprar i les habilitats que van desenvolupar. Una anàlisi temàtica dels informes de supervisió i de les tasques reflexives identifica tres resultats principals: el creixement professional, la importància de les relacions educatives i el valor de la col·laboració. Els resultats destaquen el potencial de l'aprenentatge servei per millorar no només la responsabilitat acadèmica i social, sinó també per servir com a pràctica transformadora per a l'orientació professional. Aquest article destaca el paper fonamental de la supervisió i la reflexió en l'aprenentatge servei, presentant aquests elements com a essencials per al desenvolupament personal i professional dels estudiants.
