Key points from the Andalusian Civil Service Law

This paper analyses the main features and novelties of the recently approved public employment regulation of Andalusia. Along with providing some notes on the context and the statutory framework in which it was passed (which are necessary to understand the scope of the regulation), an account is given of the main innovations, while the principal tools for change included in the regulation are analysed, reflecting on their possibilities for success.
