Contribution to the floristic knowledge of central Catalonia (North-eastern Iberian Peninsula)

We provide information about some vascular plant taxa in the ausosegarric territory (central Catalonia, North-eastern Iberian Peninsula). There are mainly data about distribution of some native species that are rare at regional-scale or that belong to taxa groups that are often deficiently identified, and also data on the presence of alien species. Regarding the native flora is outstanding the discovery of an isolated population of Cardamine amporitana that marks the known western limit of distribution of this italo-catalonian endemic, and is also interesting the recent colonization of Ranunculus penicillatus subsp. pseudofluitans in Llobregat river basin. Regarding allochtonous species we provide data about Vicia pannonica subsp. pannonica (very rare in the Iberian Peninsula), new populations of Viola suavis var. catalonica and the confirmation of a naturalized population of Cornus mas, the only reported for the Iberian Peninsula.
