Mediation is a procedure in which an impartial and neutral third party manages communication between people who have a conflict in different areas of a home so that misunderstandings are clarified and settlement agreements are reached that allow for peaceful coexistence and continuity within the home, avoiding situations of homelessness. The areas of the home where conflicts can arise are analysed, as well as their typology (from access to environmental reforms) and the impact of mediation in the management of conflicts to preserve a relationship or end it peacefully.
