A review of the documents published by companies in the Spanish-speaking world highlights a widespread neglect of issues such as the rules of spelling and typography in Spanish.
Besides purely formal issues, there are a considerable number of grammatical and lexical errors which demonstrate that the writers of these texts pay little attention to questions of grammar and style.
The main problem is the excessive reliance that the writers of these documents place in the automatic correction systems for spelling and grammar included in word processing programs.
