The processes that underpin this evaluation include a data collection model based on overarching themes that may be regarded as basic: governance, economy, organisation and sector, activities and targets, the digital paradigm, social cohesion, education, internationalisation and excellence. With a view to parameterising the information segmented by axes, and also for the purpose of interpretation, a combined quantitative and qualitative indicator model was created to represent the institution’s evolution, define values with a possible comparative interest, and more particularly to generate a self-evaluation and continuous improvement process.
