Organization of Internet resources

A review of the methods used to organize Internet's resources. This article provides a detailed review of the methods traditionally employed by libraries to describe and gain access to said resources and the modifications which have been made to the cataloguing regulations in order to adapt them to these materials. In this way, the alternative  methods are studied, such as the use of the resources that the network has at is disposal and the making of web pages with resources guides. Laslty, the proposals for different metafile systems are discussed which, if implemented In the future, will facilitate the task of organizing Internet documents and provide access to the same, whether the resources available in the system are used or if one opts for the more traditional methods.
