Optimización del proceso de obtención de telas no tejidas por punzonado.

This study deals with the influence of tihe amain processing parameters and the characteristics of the fibers employed on the physical and mechanical properties of the needle punched fabrics and establishes the variation limit for both so as to obtain certain determined optiinum conditions. Simulteinously
the influence of these characteristics by introducing two other process variables, a blend of fibres of different characteristics and needle punching of the fabric in both fases, is also studied.
The experimental plan is based on the normal working conditions of the process employed in the industry, considering the most influencing ones with a reduced number of factors so as to precise their exact influence.
