The massif of Pedraforca recovers its original aspect

The management of zones damaged by open-cast minings needs an appropriate restoration process. The protection and rehabilitation of terrains in the massif of Pedraforca, that have suffered a serious environment impact due to open-cast minings, are a good example to describe the different restauration phases and to analyze and evaluate several obtained results.
