Abstract
Alzheimer' s disease has serious consequences both for the person affected and for the family unit. Programa de intervención estimulativa en el ento rno domiciliario (Programme for provision of stimulus in home situations) ",as originated to give reliev in critical family situations the programme consists of reinforcing both the stimuli from the family environment of the affected person and the abilities, attitudes and memories ofthe penon and his or her family the aim is to encourage prevention , conserving the abilities of the affected person and maintaining involvement in social relationships.Keywords
