Les reformes dels darrers 20 anys de l'Ensenyament Secundari

Latest twenty years reforms in secondary school System. R. M. Villalbí, a high school teacher, reflects on the present days reform of secondary school system. She thinks that the conceptual and methodological positive novelties of the 1990 reform are not fully understood by most teachers. Villalbí states that schools having implemented 70s reform tended to eliminate authoritarism and to foster pupil's personality and pupil's participation in school life. Everybody knew that the francoist regime vowed to extinction was to overcome. Nowadays this concern for participation seems to have dropped out of sight, and moreover there is seemingly a tendency in school administration to excessive control, for example through inspection actuations and through only slightly democratic forms of headmasters appointment.
