In this work, we present a protocol in melodic analysis of speech with instrumental means that allows us to carry out complete and objective descriptions of a language intonation, from a phonetic (melodic) point of view as well as from a phonological point of view. It is based on the acousticperceptive method by Cantero (2002) and Font (2007a), which has already been used in investigations about prosodic in different languages.
