This work focuses on the lexical variation associated with a set of atmospheric phenomena and celestial bodies and recorded by the linguistic atlases ALEPG and ALGa along a territorial strip in the north-west of the Iberian Peninsula, from the extreme north-east of Portugal to the limits of the western zone of Asturias. These geolinguistic elements thus bring a particular focus, in the field of lexicon, to the characterisation of this transitional and shared strip linking the Galician- Portuguese and Asturian-Leonese domains.
