The utilization of the chat as an educational tool requires the knowledge acquirement by the faculty of different aspects which directly influence its effective-ness. Firstly, we analyze the faculty required skills to obtain the students accep-tance. Another developed aspect is the hybrid language description, functions and obstacles that the method encounters before and during its operation. The estab-lished relationships as well as the social, cognitive and scholar presence that are observed during the sessions are a third aspect of our study. Finally, we briefly de-scribe the psychological basis on which communication is supported.
