La noción de ley, postulada por Francisco Suárez en su monumental De legibus, constituye una de las más acabadas y ejemplares manifestaciones del Barroco iusfilosófico español. En el presente artículo se analiza e interpreta esta noción intentando relacionar su estructura metafísica y su comprensión histórico-crítica dentro del Barroco.
The notion of law, postulated by Francisco Suárez in his monumental De legibus, constitutes one of the most finished and exemplary manifestations of the Spanish Baroque Legal Philosophy. In the present article, this notion is analyzed and interpreted, trying to relate its metaphysical structure and its historical-critical understanding within the Baroque.
