On equivalent conditions to quasi-perfectness of abelian $\ast$-semigroups

Let $S$ be an abelian $\ast$-semigroup. In this paper, we prove some equivalent conditions for that every positive definite function is a moment function on $S + S + S$ with a unique representing measure on the set of characters on $S$.
