All the contributions we present here have been made within the framework of the Research Project “Social exclusion and the penal and penitentiary system. Analysis and proposals on three realities: immigration and refuge, mental illness and prison” (IUSMIGRANT)PID2019-105778RB-100, Call for R&D+i Projects 2019, Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities, of which the Professor is Principal Investigator Criminal Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, Margarita Martínez Escamilla. Although this is a large-scale project that covers three lines of research, the works included in this dossier are intended to provide contributions only related to the block corresponding to immigration and refuge.
