La Sentencia 459/2019 de 14 de octubre del Tribunal Supremo nos lo acaba de dejar muy claro: con términos propios del Código Penal del siglo XIX, permite acusar por sedición y condenar a años de cárcel a quien, en pie, en el suelo, a gritos o en silencio, ejerza un derecho fundamental para defender otro derecho fundamental. Nuestros derechos, los presuntamente inviolables, se han convertido en automáticamente violables. Las garantías jurídicas se han ido por el desagüe.
