Actuality of the resocializing discourse in Argentina.

In this paper, we describe briefly the emergence of the model of "therapeutical prison" and the analysis of a resocialization program for young adults that applies in the Argentine Federal Penitentiary Service. We will seek to realize what are the techniques used to transform the behavior of young prisoners. Also, what are the senses involved in the notion of rehabilitation? Then we argue why we believe that the notion of rehabilitation remain a pillar of "justification impossible" from prison.
