«Les aules necessiten calidesa»: un estudi de cas sobre l'aula emocional d'un professor de xinès com a llengua estrangera que genera satisfacció entre els seus alumnes.

S’ha reconegut cada cop més que les emocions són part integrant de l’ensenyament i l’aprenentatge de segones llengües. Aquest estudi investiga el treball emocional d’un docent de xinès com a llengua estrangera (CLE) en una aula basada en l’interès, mitjançant l’estudi de cas d’un professor exemplar en una escola privada a Barcelona. El context es caracteritza per grups reduïts (fins a sis alumnes), fet que facilita una interacció estreta entre docent i alumne. Mitjançant entrevistes semiestructurades, record estimulat i diaris reflexius, els resultats revelen que el treball emocional s’orienta estratègicament cap a fites afectives per millorar l’experiència d’aprenentatge. Aquests objectius s'assoleixen per vies intrapersonals (regulació i labor emocional) i interpersonals (suport emocional), configurant un model holístic d'implicació afectiva a l’aula de CLE.
