La investigación social en recursos humanos. La necesidad de seguir una metodología

The aim of this article is to highlight the current need to know the reality around them by professionals that manage people in organisations. It is through a systematic process of social research that they will allow to take decisions more timely and adequate to achieve the objectives of the organization, understanding them in a broader sense which would also include issues such as security, quality of life and development of workers, among others.
