Juan Antonio Delgado de la Rosa
José María Díez-Alegría (1911-2010) is part of the history of Spain, as a Jesuit, intellectual and thinker who has created special ties between faith and politics, becoming aware of the exploitation suffered by the workers and their distance of the Church. He tried for half a century break from philosophy, law, ethics, the Social Doctrine of the Church, the way the Church hierarchy had to understand the freedom of conscience, the preferential option for the poor, Christian relationships / Marxism.
The basic statement is that the goods of the earth are common to all men. Tradition is unanimous from the very beginning of the patristic era. The Fathers see the institution of private property if it is to be legitimate from the standpoint of ethical, caring management function so that luxury is banned. This fundamental relationship domain is inseparably and strict correlation, ethical and metaphysical, the fundamental right to participate in the ownership of goods, on a personal basis and this requires in the service of the dignity and freedom. Therefore, the radical capitalist ideology is in opposition to the spirit of Christianity, which is based on the denial of autarkeia.
