Y tendrás más tiempo... estrategias privadas de conciliación

This article explains the limits of conciliation in Spain between working live, family live and the solidarity citizenship. The ineffectiveness of the current conciliation politics, the little answer of the Spanish men to the co-responsibility with the not payed domestic - familiar work and the women’s high dedication to him, hinder the complete integration of the woman on the labour market and on the civil society organizations. These difficulties make woman develop «private» conciliation strategies. Presented results are a first approximation to these strategies by women who participate on Valencian entities involved in the Third Sector.
