María Telo y la participación de mujeres juristas en la Comisión General de Codificación (1973-1975)

In this paper we analyzed the presence and the professional labour of jurist women in the Codificatiori General Comission, the most important consultant medium of Justice Ministery, during the last years of franquism. It is of big interest the labour done by the lawyer María Telo in such Comission and her efforts to improve the juridic situation of women in civil law, that toke the form in the law of the 2nd of may 1975.
