This research demonstrates the utility in the first instance Hydrometeorological information available on the internet for flow analysis on two snow-covered basins in Catalonia. Followed step, the characterization of base flow for a period of 10 years. Finally referred to climate variability in this part of Europe, particularly in the formation of meteors, precipitation (solid and liquid) and temperature in the Catalan Pyrenees.
