The article wants to recognize the figure of Jaume Brunet, also known as Jaumet de Roses, “tenora” and clarinet instrumentalist, and an outstanding protagonist in the town squares, concert halls and popular dancing venues from the Empordà area and Barcelona as well, in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
