The “Colla del Colom” was a literary and artistic circle active during the 1930’s that used to gather in the Cafè Colón in Barcelona. Its leader was the writer and cultural activist Francesc Matheu Fornells (1851-1938). The “colla” (circle) regularly published a chronicle about the trips they organized around the Catalan geography in very short editions, free of charge. In 1931 the “Colla del Colom” published a commemorative booklet that narrates the trip of some of its members to Cadaqués and Cap de Creus under the guidance of Víctor Rahola.
