Les taxes dels notaris andorrans (1356)

This work analyses those taxes of the Andorran notaries that the authorities of Andorra promulgated in 1356, with the intent to put an end to that situation of lack of legal regulation which made possible a corrupt and fraudulent policy on the part of the notaries. The promulgation of this document represents a clear example of the legislative activity aiming at establishing the conditions for the development of the Andorran notarial institution.
