Preocupacions del govern municipal barceloní en el 1371 a través dels testaments dels consellers

The aim of this paper is to study the different questions that the municipality of Barcelona had to face in 1371. The source used has been the series called “Wills of the counrscillors, which is kept in the Historic Archiv of Barcelona. The councillors who left the government of Barcelona wrote some politic advises to the new ones, about the most urgent problems, such as city planning, hospitals, privileges, taxes, officers, consulates, jurisdiction, etc. The wills of the councillors offer us a quick sight of the situation of the city in that precise moment.
