This paper presents a proposal for integral evaluation of tourist website quality. It deals with the state of the art about web quality, in general and in the specialized context of tourism. Its objective is to demonstrate that the quality of a tourism website cannot be evaluated using a single analysis system, that is usually proposed by the industry and academy. Taking into account the official website of the city of Barcelona, the research shows that for a comprehensive evaluation of its quality it is necessary to use two systems of analysis: one focused on strategic aspects and another focused on its technical aspects. In order to validate this hypothesis two systems of analysis have been used: the SAST system (technical evaluation) and the WSCM system (strategic evaluation). Results achieved after the application of both systems show that their joint and interrelated use offers a complete and accurate evaluation of the website.
