Es importante usar las palabras correctamente, especialmente en el derecho, para no traicionar la realidad de forma reductiva o mejorada. Este artículo reconsidera el uso de la palabra “bestias” cuando uno se refiere a los animales y a la noción de “bienestar animal” en contextos inapropiados. Esto para que el derecho y nuestro lenguaje sean más justos con los animales no humanos.
