Genus Mizodorcatoma Hayashi, 1955 (Coleoptera, Anobiidae). Rising from the study of a Catalan specimen of this genus (Miguel Tomás leg.) the whole genus, which was described from Japan but at present widely spread by Europe, Asia and Africa, is revised. It is a genus closely related with Dorcatoma Herbst and Caenocara Thomson with which it has often been confused. However separated from them both by different particularities of morphology and aedeagus given in this study.
