El urbanismo y su planificación compatibilizados con la preservación del patrimonio histórico. El caso Tarragona.

The study of the historical heritage of "Casas Baratas" of Tarragona by their proprietors, and subsequently, the intererrelación between the propietors and the municipal officials, since the second half of 2007 to the present, has allowed the preservation of this historical and citizen heritage, in front of an excessively aggressive urban planning.

To achieve the recognition of this heritage, we has analyzed the historical, social and political circumstances of the town during the period 2007-2010, and the positive effect of the great quantity and quality of the newly discovered historical documents in the Cooperative Archive of "Casas Baratas Baratas de Tarragona", information that will be extracted, analyzing thoroughly to becoming an organized knowledge.
