La implicació de ChatGPT en l'educació i els serveis jurídics: una revisió sistemàtica de la literatura

Aquesta revisió sistemàtica de la literatura explora les implicacions de les eines d'intel·ligència artificial (IA) en l'educació i els serveis jurídics, com ara ChatGPT, destacant el seu potencial transformador i els reptes associats. Investiga la integració de ChatGPT dins de la pedagogia i la pràctica jurídica, emfatitzant la seva capacitat per millorar les metodologies d'ensenyament, agilitzar els processos legals i democratitzar l'accés a la informació jurídica. La literatura es va recollir de tres bases de dades principals, Scopus, Science Direct i Web of Science, a través de les directrius PRISMA. D'un registre total de (n=126), es van finalitzar n=21 registres per a la seva inclusió per procedir amb l'anàlisi per buscar les respostes a les possibles preguntes de recerca. Sintetitzant el treball acadèmic existent, la revisió identifica les tendències clau, el consens i les llacunes en l'aplicació de la IA en entorns jurídics. Les troballes indiquen que ChatGPT remodela l'educació jurídica fomentant experiències d'aprenentatge interactives i personalitzades, alhora que planteja preocupacions sobre la dependència excessiva de la IA i la necessitat d'ajustos pedagògics. Les capacitats de ChatGPT en el resum, la redacció i la recerca de documents demostren la seva utilitat en la pràctica jurídica, tot i que les consideracions ètiques com la privadesa de les dades i el biaix algorítmic continuen sent importants. L'estudi emfatitza la importància d'integrar l'alfabetització en IA als currículums jurídics i d'implementar directrius ètiques sòlides per maximitzar els beneficis de ChatGPT i, alhora, mitigar els riscos potencials. En definitiva, aquesta revisió proporciona una comprensió completa de l'impacte de ChatGPT en l'educació i els serveis jurídics, oferint informació valuosa per a educadors, professionals i responsables polítics a l'hora de navegar pel panorama tecnològic en evolució.
