The present work is raised as a discussion concerning the implications of the ius Latii granted by Vespasian to the Hispanic provinces and, specially, to the constitutional nature of the resultant municipia born from such an extraordinary juridical donation. The above-mentioned discussion appears from the review of some of the affirmations on this matter in D. KREMER’s recent work (2006). Ius Latinum.
