Experiences with the use of ICT and digital musical resources in bilingual education

This didactical proposal aims to demonstrate how in the learning of languages, information and communication technology (ICT), has created a new paradigm in the teaching-learning process, contributing to an improvement in the practise of teachers and permitting a more motivating and significant learning experience for students. Let´s use as an example, the use of a blog as a tool and innovative educational strategy, which is centred on putting various teaching resources into practice, and also the use of multimedia to facilitate the teaching of music in English in secondary education, through the development of digital competence and gamification. We will utilise throughout the process, the methodology of AICLE, which permits the integration of contents in foreign languages through non-linguistic disciplines, using new technologies as an excellent ally to achieve the learning of languages. We conceive this task with a practical and collaborative methodology, centred in the student, with an active design and a communicative approach adequate for the education of our youngsters.
