Entre a excesão e a Democracia. Um campo possível a Construcão de uma esfera pública marcada por diálogos impertinentes

This paper is based on Hannah Arendt's perspective for whom the Even is the place where thought takes place. Based on this principle, it investigates actions and practices whose intersection allow the appearance of actors or agents who, from the same opponent's field, dispute for space in the city in a kind of «desecration of privileged places of the city» (Santos, 1996) in order to remove them from the sacred sphere (Agamben, 2006) returning them to the common use «of ordinary men».
